Island Paradise Cottages of Madeira Beach

The condo is very nice and the location is superb. Communication is great, but the experience has been far from ideal. Two large things that stood out were not statifactory at all. The internet service is just be one pipe (confirmed with host) for the entire multi-unit complex on a mesh network, meaning that streaming and/or video conferences are not reliable - you may or may not be able to stream NetFlix and you will definitely not have a reliable work connection; we reached out but nothing was improved. Second, our bathroom was not very clean when we arrived and that is likelly due to the fact that the bathroom sink was completely clogged, it took two visits over two days to have this remedied so we were brushing our teeth and washing our hands in the kitchen sink for a couple days. This is not acceptable for the price that was charged. We were offered some free local stuff like ice cream and tours we were not interested in as compensation.

Villa Paradiso accommodated 5 adults and 3 children. The amenities were great. Plenty of towels provided. It was a wonderful experience. My family and I got to make wonderful memories for my sister’s 30th. Birthday. The beds were a bit hard but totally worth it location is on point. We found loads of thift stores. I am very grateful for such a lovely place. You should viait with your family to!

We found this gem when we decided to stay longer in the St Pete area. Our cottage, Sea Grape, was clean and comfortable. It was nicely decorated and included everything we needed for our stay. If you want to cook, you will need to bring all food related items with you, including spices. The kitchen does have everything you will need for prep, cooking, and serving. The property includes two nice, large, propane grills outside, plus a tiki patio, a pool with lots of nice poolside furniture, and a fire pit. The front porch had seating, and other areas on the property had a lot of seating available. The beds are very comfortable for us, and we slept well. It was quiet most of the time except for a loud truck starting out front early, and neighbors across the street loudly arguing one morning. The outside door to the bedroom with single beds could do with some weather stripping for softening noise. The location is a few blocks from John's Pass shops, and a few blocks directly to the beach. Beach towels are provided as well as other towels and linens. The beach was not crowded and the sand was so soft! Renting a cabana was $35 a day, with a discount for later in the day on multiple days - definitely worth it and less expensive than Treasure Island. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The room we stayed at was big, clean, and well maintained. The fully stocked kitchen with grocery stores close by was especially useful. We were walking distance to some great places such as the beach, John's Pass, and several great places for drinks and food. They also had several outdoor things we could use like bikes, kayak, coolers, and beach caddies. The location and extra amenities made our stay truly enjoyable and stress free. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the sweet jasmine cottage at the island paradise resort. We LOVED it! Parking was easy, the room was clean and so charming! It had all the essentials we needed, cups and ice! The property was equipped with beach chairs and coolers! We never needed to drive we walked to the beach, restaurants and shops! Also the bed was super comfy! I can’t believe how adorable the property was, it would be perfect for family reunions or weddings. Pool was refreshing and hot tub was relaxing! The surrounding neighborhood was quiet! I will definitely stay again!!!!
