Indian Springs Marina

We met Jenn and Steve at a boat show. We talked to several dealers and felt that they were by far the friendliest at the show. This is a family run business. They are not only boat dealers but a full service dry dock marina. This offer several advantages when buying a boat from them. Purchasing a new Robalo came with lots of perks. We are new to boating and still waiting for completion of our dock. They are going above and beyond to get us ready for boat ownership. This has been a hassle free purchase. We are definitely customers for life.

We visited here on Saturday, June 6th, to look at a new Chaparral they have in stock. A really nice experience. The facilities are impressive, as was the way we were hosted. If we decide to buy, we will definately and seriously consider the Indian Springs Marina dealership. Well worth the trip we made from 100+ miles away. Jen and Steven we a class act.

We had a great Purchasing experience thru Jenn and family: they worked with us from start to finish: training ; storage and using mobile onsite first 20 hour service. It has been a great experience!

We purchased our boat from Indian Springs Marina (ISM) in 2020. The process was very smooth and we discussed many options. ISM has been our source for all service and without any issues. Our purchase in 2020 was at the onset of COVID. Our boat provided a means for us of escape and have fun in the process. In June of 2025 we were traveling outside the USA. While we were away a strong storm came in off the Gulf and destroyed our cradle lift and tossed our boat into the canal. Luckily we had friends staying at our home and they were able to retrieve our free floating boat and tie it up at our dock. Unfortunately our cradle lift was out of commission. I called ISM and spoke with Jenn. Jenn listened and understood our situation. Within a few hours ISM came to our home and motored our boat back to the marina. ISM provided high dry storage, minor fiberglass repair and annual service. I have been a boater since my childhood years and don't recall a single moment in my adult life without a boat. I'm 77 years old, so my time boating is extensive. My lifetime experience tells me, when you purchase a boat you are building a relationship with the dealership and the boat you select. I selected Indian Springs Marina for having a selection of quality products and future service. I love my total relationship with Indian Springs Marina and highly recommend them. Our boat is the Robalo R227 and we love it as a great family fun and fishing boat.
