This is a great hotel. It has a really nice room with a refrigerator and sink area. The one thing I would recommend is they serve coffee in the lobby area and have water and things like that their lobby area needs a little bit more work. The beds are very comfortable and the staff is very accommodating in the pool area. Area area was very clean.

This hotel is EXCEPTIONAL. We just returned from a 4 night stay and each visit , we leave more pleased than the last. Christine, the manager made sure we had everything we needed and even went above and beyond to help when we thought our 8 year old had left something behind. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant is very good too. So… thank you! Our trip was amazing!

NO BEACH, you have to walk down a couple of blocks to get access to the beach. This property looks like it has beach, but it only has a rocky shoreline. Rooms were OK, the AC units a very loud, may help drown out the crazy cycles and macho cars outside on the strip. We tried to get an upgrade, but they said all the units facing the gulf were occupied even though in the 2 days we stayed, the chairs in many units never moved, so lots of ghosts in rooms too. Jimmy's was good for breakfast, the pool bar was nice too. Water in the pool was 88 so nice and not too hot. Vaping everywhere on the property, so just be ware that the staff does nothing to restrict or control, as it is a tobacco free property. Pool loungers are NOT as nice as featured in the pictures. Rooms can be a bit outdated, there was paint missing from the walls, and the bathroom needed updated caulking, but the water pressure was great, shower was nice, balcony overlooking the parking area was great. I paid $300 per night all in for 2 nights. So it was a bit expensive for no beach. Never had an issue with parking, but there is a parking deck next to the property.

my experience at this hotel was amazing but it was annoying how we would have to leave the hotel every morning so the cleaning lady could come and clean when she didn’t really clean but just made the bed and replace the towels and moved things around which made things harder to find. every time i would go to shower, there would be some pieces of hair inside the towels. sometimes the keycard wouldn’t work and i would have to retry to open the door multiple times. other than that. everything was amazing and it was very spacious and the view was amazing. the beds are also very comfortable and it comes with basically two separate rooms with two bathrooms which is very convenient

We booked our stay through a Southwest Vacations package. The written documentation provided at the time of booking stated that all fees were included, including any hotel or resort fees. However, we were charged an additional fee upon check-in, which was unexpected and inconsistent with the information provided during booking. Additionally, our son was booked as a child through the vacation package, and breakfast was included as part of the package. Despite this, he was not provided the breakfast benefit that we paid for. We only received 2 not 3. These issues have made this trip very disappointing. We visit Florida two or three times each year, and unfortunately, this has been our most disappointing experience to date. While I understand the reservation was made through Southwest Vacations, the package benefits and fees are part of an agreement between Southwest and the establishment, and guests should be able to rely on the information provided when booking. Finally, we were informed that written permission was required to fly a personal drone from hotel property. My understanding is that drone operations are governed by federal, state, and local regulations, and I have been unable to find any applicable state law requiring written permission from the hotel. Given the issues we have encountered, we are extremely dissatisfied with our experience and do not anticipate booking with the property again. My advice read the ultra fine print and stay somewhere else
