Hilton Carillon Park

Staff was INCREDIBLE. We lost an irreplaceable personal item and the staff helped find it. Management is AMAZING! Rooms are clean and very nice. We had a water view balcony room with a beautiful view. We will absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Petra went above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable after I experienced an issue on my first night. I called at 6 AM the next morning, after a completely sleepless night, and unfortunately, the guest service member I spoke with seemed uninterested in helping or finding a solution. When I returned around 5 PM, same day, and still had no resolution, Petra stepped in and was incredibly accommodating and attentive. I credit her for the better sleep I got on my second night! Ellen and the staff at Luna Lux were wonderful every morning and always made me feel welcome. Lauren at the bar had great drinks and conversation every night! This trip was booked by my employer so I did not choose this hotel but overall, I had a great three-night stay at this Hilton and will return.

We really enjoyed our stay here at the Hilton. The prices were fair considering the rooms are a bit outdated. The amenities were fabulous. We loved our time at the pool and the 4th of July pool party they put on was a fun surprise. Great location, restaurant on site, clean hotel. Parking is $10/night. Walls are kinda thin, we heard a lot of noise above and around us.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, close to the airport and easy to get to, which was great for a weekend wedding. The wedding itself was lovely, and the food was actually very good, especially the butler service! The rooms were okay but felt a bit outdated and could use some refreshing. The grounds were fine, but overall the hotel didn’t quite match the allure and polish that’s portrayed online, it looks better in photos than it does in person. That said, it served its purpose wonderfully the event, and with some updates and a refresh, it could really live up to its potential.
