Above my expectations 🏆 I got an awesome experience with hydrotherapy + scrub + mud + massage 💆🏻‍♀️ made by Taylor, she knows what she is doing 👏🏼 Thank you so much!! My daughter had a Treatment for Thighs and Butt with Amy, she is awesome too!! Then a steam shower 🧖🏻‍♀️ We both felt like royalty, the full experience is wonderful, starting on the Front Desk, the bathrobe, the relax lounge and our treatments. The facilites and the service are more than we were expected 💛🤩

Melissa and Jennifer both provided great service. They both are very personable. However, the cost for the service was on the high-end. Understanding that I was at a resort. I did not expect to pay for a night Stay for a massage and nail color change. The ladies were very positive. And friendly, but I think the cost of the services was a great deal on the high-end plus a service charge. And then an option for additional gratuity $244 later, I was done. I was satisfied, but the cost it was a bit more than I would have preferred it to be.

I had an absolutely amazing spa experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, kind, professional, and made me feel completely taken care of. The service was superb from start to finish. My massage therapist, Sasha, was incredible. She paid close attention to my trouble areas and really took the time to make sure the treatment was personalized and effective. I left feeling deeply relaxed, rejuvenated, and honestly wishing I could book a longer session 80 minutes was not enough! If you are staying at the hotel and haven’t booked a massage, you are truly doing yourself a disservice. I highly recommend this spa and especially Sasha. It was one of the highlights of my stay.

David at Hibiscus Spa was absolutely incredible! His skill, professionalism, and attention to detail made this one of the best massages I’ve ever had. David was awesome. He has 36years experience of medical massage experience. I booked a regular massage appointment and got top notch massage treatment with advice for how to further help my bursitis in my shoulder. I feel like I should have ran my insurance through the quality of treatment I experienced. Thank you! Wish David lived in Knoxville I would go for regular treatment.
