Hawthorne Bottle Shoppe (HBS) is an AMAZING place. We hosted a Wedding Welcome Party for 76 people and everyone had a wonderful time. They catered the food and had the best draft beer and wine all night for all the guests. We had delicious sandwiches, cheese & meat charcuterie board, Pizza (from the food truck on site) and never ran out of anything. I highly recommend HBS for any event you are planning. They have an outside covered patio area that can hold another large group if you have more than our group size. Corey the owner did everything possible to make our event a success. I checked at least 10 other places and Corey was the only person that acted like he actually appreciated that we wanted to have our event at HBS. The interior is so comfortable with high tops, couches, tall king and queen chairs and beautiful lighting. The staff was stellar and worked hard to make sure our event was a success. The bar is very large, seats a lot of people and the bartender supplied a very spirited and exciting time for those getting drafts. Corey set up a separate wine serving station so that everyone could access all the drinks they wanted without waiting in line. If you are hosting an event you will save at least 1/2 over the other choices in St. Pete and you wont find a friendlier place to have your event!! Thank you HBS and Corey.

Very cool idea of a bottle shop with great choices of wine and beers and many taps for beers too. Has indoor and outdoor seating and very dog friendly. Got the meatballs and wings from the permanent food truck and both were good.

One of the most comfortable and welcoming bars in St. Pete! A great place to grab a drink or a bottle and chill with friends or make some new ones! Plus they have a delicious pizza truck out front!

If you haven’t been to Hawthorne Bottle Shoppe on Central yet, you’re seriously missing out! It’s the ultimate spot for amazing food, drinks, and a chill vibe—perfect for catching up with friends or coworkers. I tried their cheeseboard, which was loaded with creamy goat cheese, savory prosciutto, apricot preserves, honey, and more—each bite was a little piece of heaven. And let me tell you about the Burning Man sandwich! It’s packed with layers of tender roast beef, crisp romaine, tangy pickled red onions, bold blue cheese crumbles, creamy horseradish, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze, all hugged by perfectly hearty whole-grain bread. Absolute flavor explosion! 🔥 Highly recommend for anyone who loves great food and a relaxed atmosphere.
