We are a unique condominium and hotel property located just moments from the white sandy beaches of Indian Rocks and directly on the inland waterway. We share our grounds with a first class outdoor water park, restaurant, and bar which are available year-round for your use. Many of our stays include water park passes, so be sure to see if your stay qualifies.

Disappointing and misleading We booked this hotel thinking that staying here would at least give us access to the water park (which we understand has an extra cost), but to our surprise, even the regular hotel pool requires an additional fee! It’s absurd to pay for a room and not even have access to the basic pool included. This information was not clearly stated at the time of booking, which we found very misleading. We definitely won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend it. There are plenty of better options where at least the basics are included.

The reviews scared me a bit before my trip, but we went anyway. I'm glad we did, because we had a great time. The office is across the street from the building itself. Pros: Jim the concierge was absolutely wonderful! He was so kind and informative. Very helpful. Parking isn't bad, and you're in a garage. You're within walking distance to a lot of things, including trolley stops. You have essentially all of your necessities in the room. There are decks high enough to see both the sunrise and sunset Very family friendly. Cons: Be wary about the Waterpark thing, because unless you are an Arcadia, RCI, etc. member, you only get one pass per room (two for a large suite). There is a door that connects one suite to another (unless you got both). You will hear everything from the other side of that door, including people swearing at their children. You are not allowed to use the pool during Waterpark hours unless you have a Waterpark pass. There's like a 30 dollar PER DAY fee. For a week it was around 200 on TOP of the regular price of the hotel. Keep this in mind. The Waterpark goers are loud. You will know when its open and when it closes based on sound alone. However, theyre not open late so its not terrible.

DO NOT STAY IN UNIT 617. We stayed with my family and had an absolutely horrible experience. A TV that sat on top of an unsteady dresser nearly fell on my 6 year old's head (and they are asking us to pay for it). The pack and play was dirty and we could hear the pipes every time the unit above us used water. In addition this unit is right near the elevator and was so loud that it woke up our children. It's loud, unsafe, and a terrible place to stay with families.
