The supervisor Leyann at the front desk was beyond helpful & truly cared to help us in any situation needed. She has an amazing approach for customers & did it all with a smile & good energy on her face. I hope this hotel notices how amazing she was coming from a team member of Hilton. Had a great stay & great hours for the pool. Thank you!

Not on par with typical Hampton Inn quality. Beat-up older hotel with some minor cosmetic updates. Upon check-in our room smelled musty and was very humid. Window AC unit struggled to deal with intense FL humidity. Called front desk and they sent "maintenance" promptly. Maintenance person didn't know how AC system worked. They said "looks fine" and left. Front desk stated they were fully booked and couldn't accommodate room switch even though there were rooms available online. Shower was great, though, and beds were comfy. Awkward location off divided road requiring u-turn to get in and out, but close to PIE (

Our stay was excellent, and we truly enjoyed every aspect of our visit. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff, in particular, stood out for their kindness and professionalism. The front desk team was also attentive and provided great service. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return in the future.

The evening on 6/20, we checked in and were assigned Room 501. After a long day of traveling, we chose this hotel because we have stayed here other times before and had always trusted it as a comfortable place to rest before continuing our drive in the morning. That trust was completely shattered. As we were getting our children ready for bed, we discovered an enormous stain on the pull-out mattress that was clearly saturated with urine and appeared to also contain fecal matter. The mattress had a very thin bed sheet attempting to conceal the stain. It was one of the most unsanitary and revolting things we have ever encountered in a hotel room. The thought that previous guests may have been exposed to the same mattress is deeply disturbing. What is even more disappointing is the response we received. We were informed that there was not a single replacement mattress available anywhere in the hotel. The only solution offered was to simply flip the mattress over, as if that somehow resolved the fact that it had been contaminated with human bodily fluids. Exposure to human urine and fecal matter is not simply unpleasant, it presents legitimate health and sanitation concerns. Federal public health guidance consistently emphasizes that human waste can contain bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens that require proper cleaning, sanitizing, or disposal to prevent exposure. An email was sent to the manager, Sheila Smith, which has shown a tremendous level of incompetence and a lack of ability to find a positive resolution to incidents in the hotel she is in charge of. It’s been over two weeks and we have yet received any type of response from this person. This was reported to all pertinent health, consumer protection, and regulatory authorities for review. Our complaint to the Florida DBPR triggered an investigation and it was also found that their ice chutes were soiled with mold-like substance/slime/dry debris, etc. I believe the situation in this hotel raises serious sanitation and public health concerns. This place is definitely NOT where you want to stay in with your family.

After driving on our road trip for several days, we wanted to do our laundry. Each wash is $4 and each dry is $4. Therefore 32 quarters is required. We wanted to do 2 loads, so we needed 62 quarters to get clean clothes! Who carries around 62 quarters?? We went to the front desk asking for change and were informed that they could only provide change for $5 bills or less. What the hell? I thought there job was to make our visit more enjoyable, not more difficult. I requested to speak to the manger several times, but of course she was not on site. I requested for her to call me back, but of course she did not. Not a enjoyable stay.
