H20 Jet Ski Rentals

My son and I had a blast on the jet ski tour. Check in was super easy and fast. The guys were amazing and they took lots of pictures for memories and didn’t have to pay extra. What a great experience. Saw a few dolphins and a manatee too. We will definitely use you guys again next year. Thanks so much for the amazing experience.

My boyfriend and I booked the hybrid jet ski tour and we did not get what we paid for. Firstly, we left late for the tour and it seemed to set a bad energy for the jet ski trip. Then, very little was explained before going out for the ride. We have done this tour before and there was always a thorough breakdown of the whole ride, what to expect, and where we would be going. On the description on the website too, it states there would be 30 minutes of freestyle time and we did not get any freestyle time. Instead, the group went to the end of Clearwater beach and parked the jet skis for 30 minutes. We paid for jet skiing, not to go on the beach, something we could have done on our own. When we did this before, we never stopped for 30 minutes on the beach. The tour guide we felt too could have been much better at leading the group. At times he would go too far ahead and some of the group would lose him. Overall, it could have been a much better experience and aligned with what is written on the website.

Absolutely incredible. We went fast, I got thrown from the jet ski and my boyfriend fell off a couple times. It was the most fun I've had in years. Thank you guys so much! 10/10 if you are here to have fun and live life do this! We did the 2 hour tour. Our guide was amazing!

To quote my 8 year old, “best day ever”. H20 went above and beyond. Not only did we ride FULL speed the entire time, they even took 300+ pictures of the ‘best day ever’ I will 100% be going back, Alf was awesome. This is the best tour I have been on. Well worth double of what they charged. Thanks guys for an unforgettable day in my child’s memories.

My spouse and I had this planned for our vacation. The front desk worker, Gabby, was very unprofessional regarding the boat license exam that must be completed beforehand. When I was looking at my email to see if we had completed the test (we’re both very busy and work more than 45+ hours a week, hence us going on vacation) she stated, “You would think you would know if you took a 25 question boat test, no?” Her tone to my husband and I was very rude and disrespectful. We are STILL waiting to hear from upper management. We would have loved to follow through with the boating test had their employees not been so unprofessional. Before we left, Gabby even made a comment that my attitude was better than my husbands as he was understandably annoyed with her tone. Personally, after the experience she provided us she has no right to judge our attitudes or base her professionalism off her own personal feelings. Unhelpful, rude, and a waste a money. STILL waiting on our refund.
