Floridian Inn

We love this place!! Staff was very helpful and friendly. We drove 20 hrs. .got here early and they gave us a room. The room was very clean ,bed was comfy. Pool was clean . Great location. We will be coming back here again .

We had a wonderful stay, clean rooms, accommodating owners. Nice pool area, close to the marina for our fishing charter Met up with friends who also booked a room If we come to Clearwater again, we will be sure to stay at The Floridian

It was the worst experience I have ever had. There was bedbugs and the room was dirty. The customer service was awful. They agreed to refund and then turned around and lied and once we left, told the TripAdvisor the opposite charged my card double never got my deposit back very unprofessional as they were sleeping where the office is and you could clearly hear them having sex and wouldn’t answer the door for the is their customers. Finally, I went back about an hour, and the woman came out here all messy with attitude. The guy was somewhat respectful, but he was basically having to be rude because of the woman never got my deposit back when we left, and I got pictures of the room the way it was when we got there.

I would rather have slept in a vehicle then go to this place first I was lied to about the hot tub and then they said that they thought I meant bathtub and then we get there. I have dirty towels hanging in my bathroom and about 12 empty liquor bottles, the little ones on the top of the medicine cabinet and two down by the garbage it looked like there was bugs on the side of the mattress and it smelled really funky in there, I was told they would refund me when I left the next day and would not charge my card for the next two days that I was supposed to stay not only did I originally was told 300 something for the three nights and then turned into 500 and something dollars being charged on my card. I never got back the hundred dollar deposit. The owner apologized and said they were going to refund me and then never did. It’s been four days now and I just called and the owner flipped out on me and said that I must be just making up things because there was no hot tub, but I took videos and pictures right off. Like I said, I would’ve rather stayed in a vehicle than there after seeing the bugs. I literally felt like stuff was crawling all over me not a good experience whatsoever.

This hotel just close neighbor my SPA . Is very good. When my friend visit me. We usually book here. Pool clean and room clean and easy parking. More restaurants bar closer
