Even when dealing with rude or difficult situations, they stay incredibly patient, kind, and professional. They are just real, genuine people who have a true heart to serve. The accommodations are fantastic, and the pricing structure is incredibly fair. If you are booking a longer trip, they offer excellent discounted rates on weekly and monthly stays. But what is really awesome is that even if you only plan on staying for a single night, you can still get up to 50% off your stay—all you have to do is make a free Extended Perks account on their website before booking to unlock those massive member savings! Checking in is incredibly straightforward: there is no security deposit required if you use a major credit card. If you choose to pay with cash instead, it is just a simple $100 cash deposit that is fully refundable upon check-out after a quick room inspection. Plus, if you are traveling with four-legged companions, the hotel is completely pet-friendly for both dogs and cats for a daily fee of $25 per pet. The rooms themselves are super comfortable and perfectly set up for any length of stay. They recently upgraded the rooms with larger TVs and premium channels, which is awesome for unwinding. You get a full, spacious kitchenette, strong Wi-Fi, a great working desk, and plenty of functional furniture. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the towels and linens are pristine, the bathroom water pressure is fantastic, and the temperature stays perfectly hot! On top of that, the layout is fully accessible for guests with disabilities. For daily convenience, they offer a free grab-and-go breakfast to kickstart your morning and an on-site guest laundry facility, which is an absolute lifesaver. The location is completely ideal and makes transit a breeze since it sits right next to the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE). Best of all, if you don't feel like driving, the PSTA bus transit lines are within short walking distance right outside the hotel. The bus system is incredibly convenient and easy to navigate cheaply. They accept cash (exact change only), tap-to-pay credit/debit cards, mobile wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Flamingo Fares reloadable cards or apps. If you use cash, you have to pay the standard $2.25 every single time you board. However, if you tap with the exact same card or device, there is a $5 maximum daily cap. The room was great. We had one minor issue with a bug our first room and moved us instantly to a second room. All rooms were clean and well cared for. The staff were helpful. Linen cleaned. Supplies were provided upon request every time. I would stay again in a heartbeat!! Family friendly as well.
