Absolutely Horrid! Sticky Tile Floors, Bedspreads had Gross looking Stains on them. The "Clean" towels in the bathroom and Gross looking blood or Poop stains on them! Exposed wires in the Bathroom, Bathroom window falling out so Anyone or Anything could have just climbed in while we slept. Party's going all night Long in the Surrounding rooms because there are Long term Residents. Blatent drug deals going down in the parking Lot, and Drug use taking place all over the Property. Honestly thought several times about sleeping in my car! When I asked the Manager for a Refund the next morning and showed her the photos I took of the Condition of the room she said "There will be no refund, you used the room. If you wanted a refund you should have come back last night" I explained to her that There was Nowhere else to stay and we were desperate and she was just Heartless and Couldn't care less about the Pictures as if she already knew how Bad her rooms were. Do yourself a Favor and Sleep in your Car rather than Stay Here! The night Manage also just Makes up his Own prices. We called and Asked for the rate and he tossed around 4 different prices before he landed on a Price. Extremely poorly run operation and will ever go Back!

Absolutely horrific. Staff is nasty and rude. Rooms are just as bad. NOT as pictured. Bathroom absolutely disgusting. Almost as disgusting as the lady who worked in the morning. Yes. You know who you are. I Took your advice and went to a better hotel.

Nemo Kumar had excellent customer service, the snacks were amazing , very affordable rate on top of that they provided me with directions to the local restaurant

I came into my room ready to rest when I smelled a smelly smell coming from my pillowcase. I reached in and found a little brown surprise!! I thought it was chocolate but I guess it wasnt... then this cute femboy put me to bed and it was so awesome.

Owners are very helpful and nice , clean rooms. No bugs . Nice upper deck for beautiful sunsets and pool is always clean. Also we felt very safe during the hurricanes. Only thing I'd change is washer and dryer on 2nd floor , as the 2 sets on on the bottom floor and always in use !
