For over 50 years, the Dunedin Fine Art Center (DFAC) has been a cornerstone of creativity, learning, and cultural connection in the community. What began in 1975 as a small 2,000 sq. ft. facility has grown into a vibrant 50,000 sq. ft. art center, thanks to the passion of its founders and the continued support of our community.
DFAC offers more than 1,000 classes and workshops each year for children, teens, and adults—led by over 70 professional teaching artists. Visitors can explore thought-provoking exhibitions, enjoy hands-on experiences in the David L. Mason Children’s Art Museum, and attend special events, lectures, and performances throughout the year.

This place is wonderful. They have awesome summer camps here. My daughter goes almost every week for camp. They make so many projects. They paint, make clay sculptures and offer digital art classes also. They offer classes throughout the year for children and adults as well. Im looking forward to taking the wood turning class.
A beautiful facility with several galleries, and an art store with local artists creations. The representatives were very helpful and informative. They have information on art classes and workshops that are available. The grounds are wonderful as well.
Every month I come to this place to be inspired and take in the artist's visions. The library is so wonderful and the vast parks right next to this place is great too.
Incredible place!!!! The gift shop is beautiful and has so many wonderful handcrafted goodies and everyone working here is super helpful and sweet. Super big shout out to SONDRA for being the best teacher EVER!!! I’ve been taking clay class with her for a few months and she is an all star. Knowledgeable, fun, kind, funny, super helpful and makes the class one of my favorite times of the week. Another shout out to her wonderful side kick who helps me constantly- Mary Pat!
Wonderful local place to visit for adults and children; generally free, but will gladly take donations. There are some special occasions where they will charge admission..They have various exhibits throughout the year. They also offer several great classes, ranging feom art to cooking. Someare ongoing courses for a period of time, while others one time workshops. There is also a great gift shop. Great for locals and tourists.
