Dolphin Snorkeling Cruise

We had such a great experience. My husband and I came to Florida for vacation with the hopes of seeing dolphins and we did! We literally booked tickets the night before for the boat ride and we are so happy with our choice in the dolphin cruise. We did the cruise and stopped at Egmont key to explore and collect shells and snorkel. Which I will say that beach is the most beautiful beach we have seen. The water was so warm and crystal clear beautiful. I am not the best swimmer but we did snorkel on an area which was not so deep and they offered life jackets and the choice to stay as much as we wanted in the water or just stay on the boat to relax. Definitely will be back! :)

We had an incredible experience on the Dolphin Snorkeling & Egmont Key Cruise! Captain Eric was absolutely amazing—professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire trip enjoyable from start to finish. Of course, no one can ever guarantee dolphin sightings because these are wild animals, but they certainly exceeded our expectations! We were thrilled to see so many dolphins during our cruise. We had a group of 22 people, including six children ages 9 and under, and David was fantastic. He was patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to help our group. From assisting the kids on and off the boat to sitting with the little ones and teaching them about the local wildlife, he truly made the experience special. The crew also placed a strong emphasis on safety and protecting the wildlife and natural beauty of Egmont Key, which we greatly appreciated. As a travel advisor, I’m always looking for experiences I can confidently recommend to my clients, and this cruise is absolutely one of them. I would recommend it without hesitation. We had an incredible experience on the dolphin snorkel cruise—easily one of the highlights of our trip. The day was perfectly broken into four great parts. The boat ride out to Egmont Island was fantastic—we were able to see dolphins up close, which was such a memorable experience for both us and the kids. Once we arrived, the snorkeling portion was really fun. There were plenty of sea urchins, shells, and other small sea creatures to discover, even in shallow water. After that, we explored the island itself. The hike around Egmont was relaxed and enjoyable, and we found tons of shells and even sand dollars, which made it feel like a true adventure. The ride back was just as enjoyable—peaceful, scenic, and a great way to wrap up the trip. What really made the experience stand out, though, was our captain. He was amazing—kind, considerate, easy-going, and genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great time. He communicated everything clearly and created such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere on the boat. Our kids absolutely loved the trip. Even though they didn’t end up snorkeling much, they were still completely engaged the entire time between the dolphins, exploring the island, and just being out on the water. Highly recommend this experience for families—such a fun, well-rounded adventure.

I can't say enough great things about this tour! We couldn't have picked a better one especially for the value. The only downside is we couldn't spend more than 4 hours on it! Our guides/ captains were amazing. They did their very best to make sure everyone was comfortable and having fun. They did a great job finding dolphins for us. The snorkeling was so fun even though most of our group was a little nervous trying it out, our guide jumped in the water and found some creatures to show us. Truly appreciated that. Egmont key was the final piece that I didnt know I needed. It was SO beautiful. Definitely recommend and will book this again next time I come down!

Captain John and First Mate Dave are the best! Our group cruised out to Edgemont Key with them on 6/24/2026 to snorkel and site-see. They made the excursion so much fun and were so friendly and helpful. Loved seeing the dolphins on the way out and back too! I highly recommend booking an excursion with them. We will be back!
