We liked everything. Spacious rooms with everything you need. There is a beautiful beach nearby. We really liked your hotel. The only thing I would like for complete enjoyment is that the rooms, especially the floor and the inside of the cabinets, were better cleaned. Thank you
The rooms were large but we're not cleaned very well. The blinds on sliding door broke first hour there. I called right away as I didnt want to be responsible for this. Took another hour to get someone on phone. Maintenance came said they would be back and we never seen them again. Elevator messed up and wasn't accessible from lobby going up for 24 hours. Down always worked but up didnt . We were on 4th floor. The beach although across street is still a little walk. Not bad if u are fit but otherwise I imagine it could be strenuous. Just hoped it would been little less dysfunctional for cost.
I don't like leaving bad feedback but this was my worst experience with a hotel. It started the minute I arrived and there is no one there to check you in and a note on the door to drive down the road to a different address to check in about a 1/4 mile away. Ok, I do that and come back. Now there is the malfunctioning one elevator. The second elevator is out of service completely. The elevator buttons were wired to a different detached panel that was sitting in what looked like a bucket for a mailbox. The note on the elevator door says be patient very slow elevator. You are not kidding. Takes forever to come to where it's called and forever to move. The room size was nice but very outdated. All of the bifold doors to the closets were half off the track and would not open or close without a struggle. The TV was a nightmare to figure out how to get to the few channels you get which were terrible. The blinds in the bedroom and living room didn't work at all. I called the morning after I arrived to get them fixed. No one ever came to look at them during my entire stay. Do you not have anyone doing maintenance? The room was clean. It just seems all of these broken things are not addressed. Then there's the dresser in the bedroom that was so old the drawers wouldn't stay closed so when I walked by it sometimes would hit my leg on the half open drawer. The views were fantastic from the balcony. The stove was disgusting. The stovetop looked like someone cooked cheese on the stovetop without a pan and let it cook for 3 hours. I tried to clean it off because it looked so bad but couldn't get it off. The pool and spa looked like they were clean and in good shape, but it was way too cold to go swimming. I went to turn on the lights on the balcony and found both fixtures were missing and there were exposed wires in the box for the fixtures on the wall? There were light bulbs out and missing. I had to move light bulbs around. Worst stay ever.
Absolutely unacceptable experience — avoid this rental This was one of the most disappointing rental experiences I have ever had. After paying to stay in this condo, we were shocked to be hit with a $200 “cleaning” charge for items that were nothing more than normal, minor use — including wiping out a freezer and cleaning a stovetop. These were simple wipe-down tasks that do not justify an outrageous fee. Even more concerning was the way our service dog was treated. Our dog is a legitimate service animal who has been accompanying us for over a decade, yet the property attempted to report him. The lack of understanding, professionalism, and respect shown toward a trained service animal was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. A rental company should understand the difference between normal occupancy and damage. Charging excessive fees for routine cleaning while questioning a service animal reflects a lack of fairness and customer service. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here. There are many rental options available where guests can expect to be treated with basic respect and where reasonable expectations are applied. NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR THE HASSLE-PLENTY OF BETTER PLACES IN THE AREA FOR SURE
Once its renovation are finished. It might be a nice place. Room was clean. But needed help! Painting, light bulbs, couch, chairs, and base boards. It has potential with a make over! Location is great! Easy beach access. Pool was fine. But not outstanding. Price was fair but should have been lower until the place is ready for business ! Treasure Island ,John Pass and local restaurants were worth the stay!
