Cotherman Distilling Company
In the land affectionately known as the craft "beer-muda triangle" (aka Dunedin, FL) you'll find this small distillery creating hand-crafted distilled spirits. The most popular are the 727 Vodka, a 24 plate column, small batch distilled 'single malt' vodka made from 100% malted barley, and the Half-Mine Gin, which can be sipped neat or mixed into a martini or light cocktail. Spirits are slowly and carefully created from as many local ingredients as possible. The tasting room is currently only open on Friday evenings from 6-10 p.m. Stop in to taste these specialty spirits or take a tour for just $10 and get a 5 oz. commemorative taster glass filled with a nice mixed drink or a sample of the whiskey.

EXCELLENT Cocktail bar. Right on the Bike Trail, taking 'drinking and driving' in a different direction. Nice staff, nice digs. Plenty of classic cocktails with their ingredients, variations on a theme, and outright new libations. Large open space, ground level so, in "warm weather" the air flows really well.
Popped in for a couple of drinks and they were okay. I tried their espresso martini and mai tai. Both were average. The mai tai was more pineapple juice than anything. Service was good, a little rushed but not bad. There are better spots for cocktails in Dunedin.
Warning: the vanilla bean slushy is addicting. Creamy, decadent and complete with a mini floating duckie. Dogs welcome! Plenty of TVs to watch the game. Highly recommend whether you're visiting Dunedin or a resident.
Highly recommend Cotherman Distilling Co. If you are looking for a casual bar in the heart of Dunedin this is it. Mike the bartender is friendly and attentive. The drinks are top notch since they make their own liqour. There is something for everyone. The atmosphere is awesome. Friendly locals and tourists. This is a great place to meet people while enjoying a great cocktail. They also have excellent frozen slushies. Try the White Tea. Try the Rum Old Fashioned it is excellent. Take your family and friends you will not be disappointed. This will now be our go to local bar.
