Cotherman Distilling Company
In the land affectionately known as the craft "beer-muda triangle" (aka Dunedin, FL) you'll find this small distillery creating hand-crafted distilled spirits. The most popular are the 727 Vodka, a 24 plate column, small batch distilled 'single malt' vodka made from 100% malted barley, and the Half-Mine Gin, which can be sipped neat or mixed into a martini or light cocktail. Spirits are slowly and carefully created from as many local ingredients as possible. The tasting room is currently only open on Friday evenings from 6-10 p.m. Stop in to taste these specialty spirits or take a tour for just $10 and get a 5 oz. commemorative taster glass filled with a nice mixed drink or a sample of the whiskey.
