It was a busy day for them, busier than usual, but we had reservations at another restaurant nearby that feel through, and other places we had checked had over 2 hour waits. We got seated in less than 15 minutes, and or waitress was a but overwhelmed with the day, but she was friendly and professional, and no mistakes were made, our drinks were refilled, the food came out really quickly. The food was absolutely delicious! They brought out bread to start, was super soft and warm, really good. We got an appetizer of broiled feta cheese and veggies, it was so amazingly tasty!! And then I got the Captains Platter, mmm that Grouper!! 🥰 My wife got the Chicken Souvlaki Sandwich, was very delicious, everything tasted so good! Kudos to the staff surviving a non-stop, all day long rush today. Thanks for fitting us in, and helping make our changed plans become a delicious experience. 🤘🏼😎🇬🇷

The food was fantastic! The service with the particular waitress oitside absolutely needs work!! Barely any contact with hwr. We had to get several times to go get our own drinks. Sitting outside was very nice.

We stopped by Costas Restaurant while exploring Tarpon Springs and it did NOT disappoint. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you hope for when you’re in a coastal Florida town—authentic, well-seasoned, and clearly made with care. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Portions were solid, and everything came out hot and quick. The atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming, with that classic local spot vibe—not overly fancy, just genuinely good. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which made the whole experience even better. If you’re in the area and want a reliable, satisfying meal, this is definitely a place worth stopping at.

We went here for dinner and the food was absolutely phenomenal! We had spanakopita, char broiled octopus, greek salad and some items off the kids menu. The octopus and greek salad in particular were excellent. Large portions, we came in starving and came home with leftovers. I've seen mentions of service issues, but that wasn't our experience. Our server was professional and attentive. She wasn't overly chatty or bubbly, but she read the table well and kept things running smoothly. Overall great experience!
