Designed and created by local brothers Maxim and Sebastien Thuriere, COPA reflects the traditional sensibilities of the surrounding areas while also paying tribute to the cultural influences that the pair experienced growing up. Dishes include flavors from the Caribbean, Latin America and Asia, award-winning European wines and an ethnic vibe unique to any other on Central Avenue. Inside seating offers private tables, lounge and bar seating while outside accommodations include upscale outdoor lounge seating, private tables and space for patio hookah on buzzing Central Avenue.
