This is a must, no matter what time of day! Breakfast is GREAT, I had the salmon sandwich and a cucumber limeade. Dinner was the flavor packed shrimp bowl and hookah on a warm night outside while a DJ played Afro-Latin beats. Perfect. The staff was very welcoming and attentive to detail, delivering high quality cocktails and gave frequent check ins. During my last trip, I came to Copa quite a few times! Definitely recommend.

COPA! Great establishment. You all have great food and a wonderful setup with indoor and outdoor seating along with a Hookah bar. The cocktails were made perfectly and our server was prompt and friendly. We definitely look forward to visiting again.

Wow wow wow! Cannot give enough praise to this restaurant and our waitress Olivia! She was so friendly, outgoing and personable. Food was just as stellar and filling portions. My mom and I had the conch fitters, tostones, jerk chicken and coconut shrimp. Everything was fresh and well prepared. Service was excellent and Andre kept us topped off in margaritas! We were visiting from Michigan and wish we lived in the area to be regulars to this fantastic place.

Sunday brunch at COPA was absolutely worth it. Huge shoutout to Cathryn and Aliyah for the top-tier service and hospitality. We planned on a quick brunch and ended up staying way longer because the vibes were immaculate. ✨ If you go, do yourself a favor and order the Lox of Love, the Dubai Chocolate Croissant, the Guava Pastel, and the Mimosa Special. Every bite was incredible and paired perfectly with the atmosphere. Between the food, drinks, service, and energy, this was one of the best brunch experiences I’ve had in St. Pete. Can’t wait to come back next Sunday 🥂☀️💕

Hands down a St. Pete gem! From the moment we walked in till the moment we left. The bartender/server hands down the BEST!!! He was amazing. And the food, coffee, tea and pastries had me like Woah! We will definitely be back and hoping to have the same bartender/barista/server!!!!
