We visited while in their soft opening stage this past week - there are a handful of food stalls open with a few more to come. They’re open 5-10pm now but hopefully be opening earlier for lunch in the coming weeks. There’s still much more at play here with their full blown restaurant Kojo opening up soon as well as their club on the roof top which will be an absolute treat for those joining. The food is delicious, the options are great as there is something for everyone (I’d encourage more veg/vegan and NA options for those who need alternatives) - the technology they use is cool, so you can order through a person if you like that style or you can use the kiosks and go contact free all the way. They have a cool beer tasting set up, a funky sauce machine that can mix hundreds of options in just a minute, and the ability to connect your phone to the giant TV with split screens so you can listen to the audio thru your phone (I’ve honestly never see that before). What truly sets this space apart is the level of detail in everything they’ve done and short to none having the local artist Bask up and down all over the artwork there. It’s truly special to be in a space adorned by a local artist in such a way. This is such in line with St. Pete culture, it’s a joy to be in the space and know how locally sourced it is from that aesthetic. Big props there. There is also going to be a small bar in the basement and that is something to be celebrated as it has a cozy feel and will be featuring cocktail nerd bartenders that will be whipping up some very special drinks. All in all, I can’t wait until the whole space is rocking and rolling with everything they have planned, but as it stands right now - it’s a spot to be enjoyed and celebrated as St Pete elevates itself to house such a special establishment. Food: falafel burger (delicious!), specialty taco (soft shell wrapped in a hard shell - 100% try it), chips and salsa (the salsas are HOT), street corn, beer and a martini 👏
The bulgogi burger has the perfect balance and great flavors. Beer wall is a very convenient way to taste different beers and ciders. You just use your phone after getting your ID checked. Love the big screens and atmosphere.
Central Park St. Pete is a fantastic addition to the area! The food is truly high-end quality at a very reasonable price. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere that’s perfect for families, young professionals, date nights, or any occasion. The space is spotless, the service is warm and attentive, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!
This place has something for everyone. GIANT TV to watch games. So many food options! There is a pour your own beer area to try new things! The clam linguine was great and the quesadilla was magical. Didn't try the pizza but it looked delicious. Upstairs area too. Full bar and soon, I hear another bar in basement with fancy drinks.
I visited on 2/28/2026, and I have to say—it is about time St. Pete finally gets a world-class food and beverage hall! This spot is already off to a fantastic start. While only two eateries are currently serving—Constellation Burger and Palm Avenue Deli—the quality is absolutely top-notch. For drinks, you can’t go wrong with the Central Bar, which opens beautifully to the outdoors on the ground floor, or the incredibly cool, self-pour Beer Wall. The ordering process is seamless: you simply use the central kiosk to place your order and then pick it up directly from the specific food concept counter. I’m thrilled to see the full vision come to life. The mezzanine (2nd floor) is set to house Meadows Dessert Café, the 27 North frozen cocktail bar, and a curated lifestyle shop called Worth. I’m especially looking forward to the 3rd floor opening with the indoor Asian fusion of KOJO and the breezy, outdoor vibes of Bar Hana. With a total of nine food concepts and five bars (including a rooftop!) planned, this is exactly the energy the downtown scene needed!
