Carrabba’s Italian Grill on 4th Street in Saint Petersburg, Florida, is a go-to spot for consistently delicious Italian-American classics in a lively, welcoming atmosphere. We started with the Calamari – perfectly fried, tender inside with a crispy coating, served with a tangy marinara. The Mozzarella Marinara was another hit, gooey and fresh. Their house salads and soups are always a great way to begin, especially paired with the warm bread and herb dipping oil. For entrées, the Chicken Bryan is a standout – wood-grilled chicken topped with goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and a bright lemon-butter sauce that’s simply addictive. My partner loved the Chicken Marsala, tender and flavorful with mushrooms in a rich Marsala wine sauce. I went for the Pasta Carrabba with grilled chicken, sautéed mushrooms, and a light cream sauce – al dente perfection. The wood-fired grill gives everything that extra smoky depth you expect from Carrabba’s.  Portions are hearty, and everything comes out hot and fresh from their exhibition kitchen. The wine list offers great options by the glass or bottle, and the service was attentive and knowledgeable – our server made excellent recommendations and kept things moving smoothly. The ambiance is vibrant yet comfortable, with plenty of seating, making it ideal for family dinners, date nights, or casual get-togethers. Prices are fair for the quality and quantity you receive. If you’re craving authentic-tasting Italian favorites like Pollo Rosa Maria, steaks from the grill, or classic pastas in St. Pete, Carrabba’s never disappoints. Celebrated my daughter’s graduation at Carrabba's Italian Grill last night with family and honestly had a really great time. The grilled chicken was excellent, the chicken linguine disappeared fast, and those mashed potatoes deserved their own diploma. Even the iced tea was surprisingly good — and I’m ridiculously picky about iced tea. 😂 Only thing missing? The lemons for my tea. Asked twice… two different servers… and somewhere out there those lemons are still on a heroic journey to our table. 🍋 Overall though, great food, good atmosphere, and a really nice place to celebrate a special family moment. Congrats again to my daughter — proud dad moment for sure. ❤️🎓

They had amazing service and such a lovely staff! Lexi was absolutely incredible and provided some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. She truly deserves a promotion! Alisa, the manager, was also fantastic. She personally came over to check on us, made sure we had everything we needed, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best dining experience possible. It’s clear she genuinely cares about both her customers and her team. I’m not a parent, but if you have children, this is an excellent place to bring them. They offer coloring menus and a fun build-your-own pasta necklace activity. If the kids complete the pasta necklace, they even get a free sundae and a toy, which is such a thoughtful touch. Everyone on the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating whenever we had questions or asked for extra bread or croutons. Nothing ever felt like an inconvenience. I’ve traveled all over the world and have eaten at countless restaurants, but I have never felt so welcomed or genuinely cared for as I did here. The level of hospitality was truly unmatched. The food was wonderful, but what made this experience unforgettable was the exceptional service. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back! P.S. Always enjoy this chain. Good consistency across locations. The Rigatoni Alferno special was excellent with the sausage and would be a welcome permanent menu addition. The calamari was okay, but from prior experience the crab cakes are most devine. The house creamy parm salad is a good basic salad overall. The tiramisu, it's okay but I'm not a huge dessert person. The main course is always the highlight for me.

The food was good overall. The first serving of bread was too hard to eat, but after we requested more, the second batch was much softer and easier to enjoy. The soup was delicious.
