Capt'n Jack's Waterfront Grill

A nice place, weather permitting. I like this place because of the location right on the water and of course because it’s a giant tiki bar. One thing to keep in mind is it’s all outdoors. There is no air-conditioning. I’m not opposed to that but just be aware of the fact. Service from the front and the back of the house was pretty good. There were not that many people there and I think most of those were probably suffering from a partial heat stroke. We just had a salad and an appetizer and both were good, maybe not great, but I was pretty gassed as well. Could’ve been the heat. At any rate, it has a nice atmosphere and I’ll give it another chance on my next visit. Urban Cowgill, June 2026

We came here for raw oysters…we knew it wasnt season but we asked how they were looking. Our server said they looked great and came from LA. Mannnnn we were so impressed. We love oysters and get them all the time but we are sometimes hesitant during off season. These oysters had lots of liquor and were plump and cold and absolutely delicious. These oysters cocktails were insane too. We will definitely be back!!!

This is a great stop in Tarpon Springs. It's on your way to down town and definitely shouldn't be missed! Live music, all shaded seating, large bar and plenty of room for everyone, with a great menu selection. In all the years I have been driving past, we finally stopped. Glad we did!

First time experience today! Absolutely enjoyed everything! Tim was an amazing server, very knowledgeable, very attentive and LOVED his genuine personality. We even went with his food and drink recommendations, so glad we did! Will absolutely come back to try his other recommendations!

Everything was great but the seasoning has a good bit of salt in it. Little too much for my tastes. But, service was great! Food was great! Waiter was great. Everything was fantastic honestly and even though I’ve been here 6 or 7 times, it’s the first time I’d say that it was a bit too salty. No wait to sit, and food came out super fast. Really good time!
