Romantic and Unforgettable Birthday Dinner My husband surprised me with a romantic 50th birthday dinner at The Black Pearl, and it was absolutely magical. From the moment we walked in, we felt special—the ambiance was intimate and welcoming. Our server, Jay, was fantastic—funny, knowledgeable, and super helpful with the menu. Every dish, from hors d'oeuvres to the main course, was phenomenal. We also had the pleasure of meeting their incredibly talented sommelier, Adam. He took the time to understand what we were eating and paired our wines perfectly. We usually stick to cabernet, but Adam introduced us to pairings that complemented our meal beautifully—light, balanced, and educational! He even poured a dessert wine with a rich backstory that made the experience even more memorable. We’ve never had a dining experience like this before. I came from Las Vegas and had never been to The Black Pearl, but I’ll be recommending it to everyone I know. They didn’t just serve us—they celebrated with us. Truly unforgettable!

Great environment with wonderful table service. They explain your options, and how you can order. Flavors are explained with great detail. The waiter will let you ask questions if you have any. Food is prepared with care. Wines are broken down with flavor profiles. The waiter is always near by making sure you are taken care of. The price is worth paying for great tasting food, and a wonderful experience. I had the Maple Leafs Farms Duckling with a Black Pearl Salad. They also serve you bread with garlic hearb oil. Everything was excellent! Definitely go here for the whole package!

I took my parents here in 2023 and it was fantastic. It’s the priciest place I know in town, but worth every penny. It was a set menu and the food came in 3 courses, with their pork belly taking the cake. It was by far the best I had ever eaten. Though it’s upscale, it’s relaxed enough to not only be for special occasions. I took guests that were visiting, it could be for friends that you want to treat, or more. I would personally only take a date here that I was serious with, because there are other options that are more economical in town and send a better message to her about where she stands with you unless there’s a larger commitment. That’s just my personal take. Someone with the right budget may not care at all.

Absolutely fantastic food!!! Service was amazing and will definitely be going back!!! The pate foi gras and duck were outstanding and stole the show!

This was a very nice, small, elegant restaurant with a high level of service and food presentation. I enjoyed the attention to detail, and when the host offered me a shawl due to the temp being chilly, it was very considerate. I enjoyed the mushroom dish but wasn't blown away by the fish I had. The dessert and samples were probably my favorite parts. I'd highly recommend it if you're looking to impress or for a romantic meal.
