The Bikery

This bike shop is super. The mechanics are very knowledgeable, and compantent to do an excellent work. However, Big John is special, he is like a surgeon. He showed me and took care of my bike issues. He made minor adjustments for free where other shops would charge you. He noticed that the new chain installed from another bike shop was too short. If I would shift into the upper gear or top of the wheel in cassette the derailleur would break. I had him install another chain and later returned the other one. I trust this place and I will tell others at my condo to go there. My only thing is, you have to make an appointment several days in advance because the place is so booked up to get service. However, it is worth the wait if you want to have an excellent work. I went someplace else in a rush and I had to have the work redone and install a new chain. I'm including pictures of the short/stretched chain installed by the other shop

Kathe was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we sat down. She checked on us at just the right times, made sure we had everything we needed, and provided excellent service with a warm smile. She made our visit to IHOP especially enjoyable. I had an amazing experience with Taylor’s help getting this bike built. Enve Fray with SRAM Red, Chris King hubs, BB and headset. I got custom decals as well. He did the fit, the build and provided amazing customer service it was a10+ experience. I would highly recommend The Bikery.

As a new(ish) road biker, every experience I’ve had with the Bikery has been easy and supportive. They just renovated an older Cannondale I purchased on marketplace - replaced most of the old parts with very reasonable pricing and did all the work for me while maintaining quick communication every step of the way - plus it took less than a week which I was not expecting. Highly recommend to any level of biker no matter the issue!
