We hadn't rented from Avis before, but after this experience, they'll be our first choice whenever we fly into the St. Pete–Clearwater Airport. I travel to Clearwater often, and while I've never had a bad experience with other rental companies, I've also never received service as exceptional as what we experienced with Avis. Deven was absolutely outstanding. He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He made the entire rental process easy and stress free. I was so impressed that I even asked if he had a business card because I wished I could contact him directly the next time we visit. What stood out even more was watching how patient and courteous he was with the customers ahead of me. It's clear that he treats everyone with the same level of professionalism and care. Thank you, Deven, for providing such exceptional customer service. I didn't realize what I had been missing until this experience. Avis is lucky to have you!

The manager at this location was so helpful last week. We love our Avis preferred membership. On this last trip I accidently booked the car for the following day. The manager was able to get us a car very quickly (late at night) and was so kind about the mistake. We had to take an electric vehicle and it ended up being very easy (and we learned a lot along the way).

Tisha Stephannie and Shaileen gave the best service I have ever had in my life! We traveled from St.Louis on an emergency trip to Florida to see my brother who is in the hospital with throat cancer and since everything we booked was on such a short notice, it is crazy expensive and we're scraping pennies.We arrived at the airport to get a rent a car and these ladies went above and beyond in every way possible so we could not only afford the rental car, but now we can eat as well. I really want you to recognize how hard these ladies worked to make this all possible. We have never experienced such great customer service. These ladies all worked together to make this happen for us. All three of these ladies need to be a supervisor and train other employees on how to lead by example on how a customer should also be treated.This is absolutely how employees should work as a team, so the customer has the greatest experience with your company. Exceptional experience picking up and returning my rental SUV. Initial issued vehicle had mechanical issues. Steph at the counter quickly issued me a new vehicle and upgraded me at no cost to help offset the inconvenience. The return was painless. A shout out to Maria at the return area for the superb customer service. AVIS at St. Petersburg Clearwater Int’l Airport is my new go to for all my rental car needs. Thank you!
