4th Street Shrimp Store Restaurant & Market

The 4th Street Shrimp Store is one of those local restaurants that keeps you coming back. From the moment you walk in, you notice how clean, welcoming, and comfortable the atmosphere is. It has a cozy, authentic feel that makes it easy to relax and enjoy a great meal. One of my favorite features is the small bar area. It is the perfect place to grab a seat, enjoy a drink, and settle in for some outstanding seafood. The restaurant strikes a great balance between being casual and comfortable while still delivering a high-quality dining experience. The seafood is consistently excellent, fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. Whether you’re a longtime local or visiting St. Petersburg for the first time, this is the kind of place that reminds you why locally owned seafood restaurants are so special. Great food, friendly service, a cozy atmosphere, and some of the best seafood around. Highly recommended.

Had an awesome visit to Fourth Street Shrimp Store. Alicia B was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The jumbo shrimp cocktail was spot-on, the blackened basa early bird dinner was delicious, and the crab croquette was another winner. I really enjoyed the 3D Beach Blonde beer, and the key lime pie for dessert absolutely hit the spot 🍋🟩. Great food, great service, great vibe.

Early dinner, ate too much! Enjoyed the Fish Spread starter which I eat whenever on a menu-would be ++better if served with Captain Crackers. Had the Tuna Tacos, Grouper dinner with great broccoli side, enjoyed the beers. Multiple seating areas in & outside, attentive service!

This was a great find in St Pete. The food was delicious and the service was top notch. We both had a bowl of the clam chowder. This has to be in our top 3 best ever clam chowders. I have never had a clam shower with such large clam strip in it. It was delightfully rich, creamy and hearty. It had the perfect amount of clams and potatoes. I had the fried shrimp with potatoes and coleslaw. It was great. My wife had the grilled salmon with rice, bell peppers, onions and mushrooms. It was hot and fresh. Another highlight was their hush puppies. 6 came in an order. They were hot, crispy and flavorful. The prices for the food gotten IMO was very fail. This was a very lively spot with many beach themed decorations. We will be sure to make this a stop when we are back in St Pete. I would definitely eat here again.

Great lunch experience at local restaurant. Amazing service by Kaylin behind the bar! We had the shrimp po boy, onion rings and shrimp basket with clam chowder. Everything was delicious! Very clean establishment. We will definitely be back!
