Spirit of St. Pete Distillery Tour
Go behind the scenes and discover how we transform Florida-grown grains into whiskey, rum, gin, and liqueurs using traditional copper stills and modern innovation.
Your tour includes a cocktail to start and a tasting of 6 handcrafted spirits in our hidden Speakeasy.

Moonshiners Tour
Taste your way through 6 craft spirits as you learn the history of prohibition and bootlegging in St. Pete. You might even meet our very own Moonshiner, Clara Robbins, winner of the TV show Moonshiners!
During this 60-minute experience, you’ll walk through our dimly lit distillery to see where our spirits are made. The distillery is an active production space and gets quite hot! Make sure you dress to battle our lovely Florida heat.
Tour Hours: Thursday - Saturday 6pm–9pm (on the hour)
Chocolate & Spirits Pairing
Discover four selected pairings featuring handcrafted spirits and locally made, Belgian-style chocolate truffles. Each pairing includes a 1/2-ounce pour chosen to compliment the flavors of the chocolate.

Guided Spirits Flight
Explore the distillery's portfolio by selecting four spirits with a 1/2-ounce pour of each. A member of the team will guide you through the collection, help you choose you flight, and share tasting notes along the way.
