The Tampa Bay Buccaneers (affectionately known as the Bucs) are a professional American football team based in Tampa Bay, Florida. They are a member of the National Football League (NFL) and play in the National Football Conference (NFC) South division. Established in 1976, they are known for their pirate-themed branding and passionate fanbase, and have taken home two Super Bowl championships (2002 and 2020). They play their home games at Raymond James Stadium which features one of the most iconic stadium features in the world – a pirate ship with cannons that fire when the Bucs score a touchdown or make a significant play.
