Chocolate Making Classes

Indulge in a delightful experience by joining our Chocolate 101 Class! 

Delve into the world of confections, sample several different varieties and create decadent treats in Tampa Bay’s oldest chocolate factory. This chocolate making experience is available the 2nd Saturday of the month at 2PM.

Your unforgettable chocolate experience begins with a glass of wine, hot chocolate, chocolate coffee or a specialty coffee. Then we'll have a lively discussion that will immerse you in the world of chocolate. Get ready for a deep dive into the realm of cacao.

Following the chocolate lesson, chocolate making and the power is in your hands! You’ll be able to select from an array of toppings and create your very own custom chocolate bar and each guest will get the “I Love Lucy” experience with our magical chocolate waterfall machine. When finished, your chocolates will be packaged and ready to be taken home.

Gluten Free and Vegan options are available.

Guests Will:
• Learn about the history of chocolate
• See real cacao pods
• Taste a cacao bean
• Create your very own chocolate bar
• Work the magical chocolate waterfall (enrobing) machine
