The Morean Arts Center invites you to our city-wide search for St. Pete’s MOST ARTISTIC CUPCAKES! Join the 13th Annual St. Pete Cupcake Contest on Saturday, August 24th from 12 - 3pm. This decadent fundraising event features a variety of submissions categorized by youth/teen, novice, professional and specialty (vegan or gluten-free). Sample a dozen different tasty treasures and vote on your favorite flavor. Pre-registered attendees will receive a 12-count box to fill with the mini-cupcakes of their choice and will vote for their favorite flavor to win the People’s Choice award.
Cupcakes will be judged on the originality of the cupcake, its taste/texture, and the artistic presentation of the contestant’s table. You can participate as a cupcake competition baker or a cupcake enjoyer.
- To participate as a cupcake enjoyer: Pre-purchase your cupcake box, as this event often sells out of cupcake boxes
- To participate as a cupcake baker: Register to compete ($15 per flavor) and fill out the submission forms
