White House | Black Market sells exclusively designed, private branded clothing for women offering a uniquely feminine and affordable alternative to designer fashion. WH|BM offers fashionable and sophisticated clothing and accessory items, from everyday basics, to wear-to-work, to elegant fashion, primarily in black and white and related shades with seasonal color splashes. WH|BM began in 1985 as a single, tiny neighborhood boutique in Baltimore, Maryland called The White House, offering unique, individual collections of fabulous clothing and accessories in shades of white and ivory. Expanding on the original theme, the owners opened Black Market in 1995, and in 1997 combined the boutiques into one concept, and White House|Black Market was born. WH|BM currently operates more than 400 boutiques and over 50 outlets across the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

What Visitors Love
This is by far the best shopping experience I’ve ever had!! I am visiting St.Pete for an conference and decided to walk over since this place was super close to Hyatt Downtown. From the time I told the associate I needed help, she took the helms and carefully helped me curate my first full work wardrobe. After working from home for 6yrs, I’m now back in the office, and wanted my new wardrobe to be a reflection of this new chapter. From helping me with sizing, to bringing all sorts of items to my room and then removing the ones that didn’t work so I wouldn’t be overwhelmed, was EVERYTHING!! She gave honest advice on how things looked, went the extra mile to find belts and accessories for me and helped me visualize the looks I desired but didn’t have the language for. Seriously with each piece she selected, it increased my confidence and truly made me feel like I was in GREAT hands. She checked on me often, asked how I felt with the pieces on, showed me how to style them she was just amazing! I have so much to work with and feel that I will look on the outside how I feel on the inside. Patti you are THE BEST and I wish I could just pack you up in my suitcase and bring you to Ohio lol. 10 out of 10!!

Yesterday I got engaged and he had planned a surprise engagement party for us after. I was completely unprepared. I ran into the store to find an outfit and these two ladies were amazing! Not only did the celebrate in my joy with me they found the most perfect outfit! I was in and out of the store in 15 mins! They were personable, kind, and made this moment even more incredible! Thank you!
Jenna at the St. Pete store has been so helpful and friendly during my many visits to find the right jeans. I'm a tricky size, and she's made great suggestions that turned out to be just what I was looking for. Excellent service!
