Warehouse Arts District Association
The Warehouse Arts District is a thriving community of over 300 artists, arts businesses and organizations that features creative, highly curated art within the district boundaries of 1st Avenue N and 10th Avenue S and 16th Street and 31st Street. Home to the ArtsXchange, an artistic enclave with over 50,000 square feet of warehouse space that is being renovated into affordable working studios, galleries, classrooms, and performance space, the Warehouse Arts District is a cultural arts destination.

Love this place.... great non-profit supporting creativity and artistry. So many mixed-media artists here with painting, sculpting, cooking, music and much more. I truly pioneering non profit that promotes arts and supporting those who do it. So glad to live in a city that supports such!
Wonderful place to see local art made by our local creatives. Love visiting during their art walks. Great place to see art shows and pick out gifts from the vast variety of studios located throughout. I love events here
Stumbled across a Saturday night market while eating at Urban Stillhouse. Luckily when we finished eating the fun was still going on! This is an awesome gathering of all kinds talent! Beautiful paintings, sculptures, and music. There was wine and drinks to support the Warehouse Arts District. Support your local artists!
We try and make every Art Walk on the 2nd Saturday. Don't miss Miss Crit's trolley tour. She provides a great history and commentary of the area and the trolley stops at several artists' spaces.
Amazing atmosphere & artists, my daughter hopes to rent a studio there one day! 🎨
