At Unrefined Brewing the goal is to develop and brew beer with only the finest available ingredients. While not always the most economical route, it is their belief that this delivers the most ideal flavor profile for their beers.
Dedicated to utilizing natural ingredients and the natural seasonality of these ingredients, Unrefined Brewing focuses on small batch brewing - with no batch being the same.

Came in yesterday afternoon, and it was my birthday. One of the owners took care of me when I got seated. He was so hospitable and engaging. We talked for about 3 hours, and it was really cool to learn about the business and the history of the building and its neighborhood. It was a birthday I won't ever forget. I will definitely be back! The atmosphere is quite unique, and the beers are cleverly named, as well as creatively crafted. Unrefined is a true gem in the craft beer arena. Go check them out and support a great local brewery!
My first time in town. This brewery was great!! A lot of selection with many flavors. Outside seating was available but chilly this weekend so peoples pack inside. Highly recommend
The beers are delicious! The space is quaint and comfortable.. it's nice and cool on a hot summer day. And the beertender was very friendly to me and my group of friends. Highly recommend.

Really nice people. Good music! Cool air-conditioned seating inside. Outside shaded seating. Parking on street and from back alley. Beers are amazing! Stouts and Sours are their specialty!!
