Sushi Sho Rexley
If you’re an adventurous foodie looking for a uniquely memorable dining experience, Sushi Sho Rexley in downtown St. Pete should most definitely be on your “to dine” list – even more so, now that it has been recognized by the MICHELIN Guide.
Dining Omakase-style literally means “I’ll leave it up to you,” trusting the chef to create fresh and delicious courses, in a very intimate setting. There is no menu, just two different Omakase experiences at individual price points. Sake pairings are available to enhance your meal.
The restaurant accommodates only 10 diners at a time, so that each person can interact with the chef and truly appreciate the delicacy, preparation, and beautiful ceremony that comes with each bite. As much an art as it is a meal, it’s important for diners to come with an open mind, and to be on time for their reservation.
Master Sushi Chef, Rexley Kwok, was trained many years ago by a famous and talented Master Sushi Chef named Hiro Ida San. Since that time, taking sushi to a higher level has been Kwok’s life-long passion, and he has served mouthwatering sushi and delicacies in this area since 1999. Sushi Sho Rexley is born of this excitement and dedication to push the boundaries in the U.S. about what it means to “go out for sushi.”
