What Visitors Love
The sunset beach pavilion is reopened! You can rent it for parties through the city or Treasure Island. It’s beautiful and has restrooms on site. It also has paid parking lots on both sides. We used the ParkMobile app. The playground is shaded and has a few benches, & 2 regular swings, 2 toddler swings.
Beach is wonderful, nice local beach, not very touristy. Parking lot is small but close to the beach, come early for a parking spot especially during the weekend. Public Restrooms closed due construction from the hurricane damage visited 05/17/25
Nice beach, easy parking. The Day I went wasn't busy which made the visit peaceful.
My favorite beach in all of Florida. The pavilion is nice to rent for special events. I lived here across the street. Very well kept and no shenanigans allowed. I took the pictures you see. All unfiltered. There is a reason it's named Sunset Beach.
