What Visitors Love
We had such a hard time figuring out the app we’d call the PSTA office they’d transfer us to the Flamingo app customer service back and forth. We went to the bus station at Clearwater location no help whatsoever. Finally we drove to the PSTA office in St. Petersburg and the you lady in the lobby helped us figure out and consolidate the cards on the app and gave us our senior citizens card. She was a Godsend. So the five star is for the young lady who helped us not for the office.
Unbelievable service. I took the beach trolley (SBT) a few nights ago. My family and friends were in town from Boston for a family wedding on Clearwater Beach. We had a large group, and things became a little hectic, trying to figure out where we needed to go. Thankfully our driver was a guy named Kurt Such a professional, such a gentleman. He was the calming force that enabled our disfunction to function. This guy has the patience of a Saint!! Thank YOU again Kurt!!!! ❤️ AAA service!
