The Saint Hotel

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 We had an amazing stay at The Saint Hotel in St. Pete Beach! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the ocean every day. The hotel thought of everything for beach days, providing carts, towels, chairs, toys, and even pool floats. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with cozy beds, robes, blankets laid out for us, and complimentary waters waiting upon arrival. They were also kind enough to accommodate an early check-in, which made our stay even better. A highlight of the trip was dining at 82 Degrees. Although the restaurant is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays, it was absolutely worth planning around. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach, with a welcoming setting that made us want to linger and enjoy our meal. The salmon was cooked perfectly, the margarita pizza was delicious and came out quickly, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. My boyfriend also couldn't stop talking about the key lime dessert, it was one of his favorite parts of the meal! A special thank you to Randy, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality truly made us feel welcome and added a personal touch to our stay. From the thoughtful amenities to the excellent service, The Saint Hotel exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to come back!

My wife and I spent a week at The Saint and could not have been happier. What a great find it was! Randy made us feel welcome from day one and was quick to offer assistance with beach chairs/umbrella, beach towels and cold drinks when needed. We enjoyed our king suite room, pool, courtyard, Happy Hour food and drinks at the 82 degrees lounge and the nostalgic, comfortable vibe of the property. There was an inlet and ocean view from our room, the beach was a couple blocks away and there were many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The Saint was our comfy home at the beach, and we hope to return again soon.

We booked a staycation because the pool had caught our eye a couple times when passing through and the hotel surpassed our expectations. Randy was the manager who right upon arrival was quick, responsive, friendly and hospitable. We went up to the room and were pleasantly surprised at the space and how it was designed. The king bed had its own room with a window that looked out into the main space that could be shut for privacy as well. We were in the pool with our kids practically our whole stay and never needed to ask for new towels, they were always there and ready. There are also quite a few beach carts loaded and ready to go to the beach which is a huge weight off your chest when planning to head down there as convenience is key. We wanted to go for a sunset cruise on the bicycles that were also provided and locked up, Randy had already closed his shift but was only a phone call away and helped walk us through the instructions on the first call. He really made our visit so enjoyable and stayed in such good spirits the whole time we were there, which doesn’t seem to happen in the hospitality industry so much anymore. We enjoyed the 3-5 happy hour and ordered so many appetizers because they were so delicious we just wanted to have more! The food, drinks, service, amenities, cleanliness and sleeping corridors were all 5 star and will have us coming back regularly. Thank you Randy for overseeing this experience, hats off to you!

We stayed here recently and had a pretty mixed experience. There were definitely some highlights, but also a lot that fell short of expectations. One of the biggest disappointments was that several of the amenities we were looking forward to weren’t actually available. The hot tub was cold the entire time, and we booked partly because they advertised happy hour and music by the pool. Unfortunately, the tiki bar was closed all week, and we were told they’re no longer allowed to have music. That’s something we really wish we had known before booking, as it definitely changed the vibe of our stay. The overall service was also a bit underwhelming. The manager wasn’t particularly welcoming or personable, which set the tone. Housekeeping was minimal — we weren’t offered fresh towels or sheet changes, and the towels we did have had noticeable stains. The floors in the room were also sticky, which didn’t make things feel very clean. That said, the restaurant was a bright spot. The food was really good, and the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, which we appreciated. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but for the price and what was advertised, it didn’t quite deliver. With better communication and attention to cleanliness and service, it could be a much better experience.

This is an adorable small hotel in St. Pete Beach. I stayed here on a girls weekend. It was perfect! It’s only two stories and had a nice pool and bar/restaurant area. The staff were attentive and the hotel was very easy to work with. I would definitely return. Hotel was clean and about 7 min walk to the beach.
