Amazing boards. I’m on my second one. Loved the first board (L2) I just wanted the larger board so I could carry more gear. Customer service is top-notch quality products. I will never buy another paddleboard from any other company.

What a vibe! Quality products and staff. Pumped for what comes thru next with this crew!!

Bought a Live4Expedition directly from them about two years ago. The board showed up damaged, however, it was only cosmetic so I let it go because I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of sending it back etc. A bigger issue was they didn’t send any of the accessories ordered, and it took some back and forth to finally get them. Then after only using the board a handful of times, the fiberglass cracked dramatically. I am extremely careful with my equipment and was very careful with venting the board properly during temperature changes, never hit anything with the board, put in and take out from a foam mat attached to our dock to ensure the fiberglass isn’t damaged etc. Obviously I was extremely disappointed in the product and reached out directly to Live Watersports. The person that answered was helpful, asked for a photo of the issue to be texted, and then nothing. No response back, no solution, nothing! I left it alone as I was starting to get extremely frustrated. A few months later, I saw the manufacturer (Live Watersports) at a boat show. I explained the issue and they were profusely apologetic and promised to “make it right.” They took all of my information, and later that night texted me back telling me to take the board to “a local fiberglass repair shop.” At this point it felt obvious that this company was going to put no effort into helping a customer. I understand the complexities of dealing with fiberglass well and its finicky nature. I do think people should be aware that this company could do a better job of standing behind their product, and taking care of people that buy their product. My experience has left an extremely sour taste in my mouth, and I cannot state enough how careful people should be buying these expensive items from them.

Ordered a board to be custom made. Went to the factory to pick it up, awesome group of of people to deal with, board came out exactly as I envisioned it. Can’t wait to get on the water with my boys and start making memories.
