More than just a retail store, Bill Jackson’s is a 38,000-square-foot destination that "teaches what it sells." Now celebrating 80 years of adventure (founded in 1946), this family-owned institution remains tucked in a lush, five-acre wooded preserve in Pinellas Park. The shop provides a unique hands-on experience with on-site facilities, including a 100,000-gallon indoor heated pool for SCUBA diving, kayaking and paddleboarding, and the region's only indoor carpeted ski slope for skiing lessons.

Specializing in backpacking, camping, paddleboarding, kaying, fishing, skiing and SCUBA, the shop also features a dedicated gun shop and indoor shooting range.
