Halloween Spookquarium at CMA

Join us for a family-friendly Halloween Spookquarium, featuring a haunted trail at Clearwater Marine Aquarium from October 19th - 31st! See below the list of activities CMA has planned this halloween.

Haunted Trail: Nocturnal Encounters Oct. 19th - 31st: Go on a haunted adventure as you encounter tarantulas, snakes, scorpions, and other creatures lurking in the shadows. Encounter live, nocturnal animals in their element, bringing you face-to-face with the fascinating, often misunderstood creatures of the night. This eerie journey will take you on a path full of creepy critters that will leave you both amazed and spooked.

Trick-or-Treat Stations: Trick-or-treat through the aquarium and collect Halloween goodies along the way! Don’t forget to bring a trick-or-treat bag. Treat stations provided by our Spookquarium sponsors! Trick-or-treat stations available with admission from 3 - 5pm and 6:30 - 7:30pm during evening hours for Aqua Lanterns.

Aqua Lanterns Oct. 31st: Explore the aquarium after hours and discover the illuminated beauty and wonder of Aqua Lanterns glowing throughout the aquarium. Aqua Lanterns is open 6:30 - 9:30pm on Oct. 31, and tickets are available for purchase separately.

Costume Contest Oct. 31st: Dress up in your most creative, spooky or cute costumes for a chance to win prizes. The costume contest is open to all ages.

Ghoulish Games and Activities Oct. 31st: Enjoy a variety of Halloween and fall-themed games, activities and crafts for all ages.

Food and Refreshments: The Shark Bites Cafe and Snack Shack locations will be open and offer their full menus, in addition to event-themed treats.
