The Care About Me Community Wellness Festival is a family-friendly celebration of health, wellness & connection!
In honor of National Mental Health Awareness Month, the festival highlights the strong link between overall wellness and emotional well-being. Hosted by Care About Me (CAM), a free resource exclusively for Pinellas County residents, the program encourages residents to end the stigma around mental health by making support accessible and approachable. CAM connects participants with a specialist and can book your first appointment, helping residents take the first step toward mental wellness.
The day includes fitness classes, mindfulness experiences, a wellness zone, a mental health panel with experts, a kids’ zone, and more. Whether you come solo, with friends, or bring the whole family, there’s something for everyone.
At its core, the festival is about breaking down mental health stigma and showing that caring for your mind can feel just as natural and just as important as caring for your body.
This is a FREE festival and open to the public!
