"All Shook Up" is a tribute to Elvis Presley's first decade of hits. Elvis changed the course of rock and roll when he combined his love of rockabilly, African-American blues, country and gospel music with his high energy level and innovative approach to singing and performing. Focusing on the hits from 1954 through 1963, this program features songs such as Don't Be Cruel, Teddy Bear, She's Not You, Don't, Can't Help Falling In Love, Jailhouse Rock, Heartbreak Hotel, Little Sister, Love Me Tender, It's Now Or Never, Blue Suede Shoes, and All Shook Up.
Originally from New Jersey, Dave DeLuca is an accomplished singer, songwriter, musician and recording engineer who has been performing for over 40 years. In December 2011, Dave auditioned for and won a starring role in the Count Basie Theatre's "5th Annual Sinatra Birthday Bash," beating out hundreds of other hopeful performers. He is currently overseeing production of "The Star-Spangled Songbook", a tribute to the great American composers and lyricists who crafted our body of popular standards, for a future airing on PBS.
