Echo Sails Motel & Apartments

We stayed at Echo Sales Motel for seven days and had a really positive experience overall. The beds were very clean and comfortable, which made a big difference after long days out. The level of hospitality was great—the manager was consistently on top of things and made sure everything ran smoothly. Even when he wasn’t physically in the office, he was always quick to answer his phone and help with anything we needed, which we really appreciated. The location is a huge plus—it’s very, very close to the beach, making it easy to walk over anytime without hassle. The pool area was also nice and well-kept, a great spot to relax and unwind. Overall, this place offers a clean, convenient, and well-managed stay. We’d definitely consider coming back.

I live in Palm Harbor and needed to get away for a night, and I have loved this motel from the first day we moved here 9 years ago! Not many mom and pop motels left in Clearwater Beach. My stay was wonderful! Room was super clean, nice big TV, very comfortable beds, and an old, deep bathtub!! Office was super nice and accommodating. I will be booking another night coming up in January and I can't wait!!!

the location was good and the man at the desk was very nice, but this place was disgusting. had to wear shoes 24/7 because the floors were BEYOND filthy. when my bf got out of the shower there was a roach crawling on his towel. there was a random bag of someones used toilet paper in a closet?? and rotting bananas in the kitchen cabinet, so clearly no one is even checking when they clean. i know its obviously stupid that i didnt complain at the time, but our house was being tented and we had no where else to go. 100% spend the extra $ to stay at one of the hotels nearby.

We checked in on the 12 of March stayed til the 15 first I want to say the location was amazing but the service was horrible they don't have wifi nor do they offer tissue or towels it was 3 of us no where to put yo trash kids running back and fourth the owner looking through the window. Felt like they didn't like it kind them the price we not gone speak on that but could have offered more

Amazing, the owner PJ is so nice!!! We encountered a really bad weather day and before our departure had to find place to kill time, so the owner let us stay in the room, he was so nice and helpful the entire time and as young girls travelling alone it felt really helpful and heartwarming:)
