Our annual Juneteenth Poetry Slam is a competition for spoken word poets from underserved backgrounds from all over Florida to express themselves using this creative outlet. This year’s competition will take place on Friday, June 14th at 6:30pm at The Factory St. Pete.
The mission of Juneteenth Poetry Slam is to highlight the meaningful history of Juneteenth and the intersectional nuances that come with it. 10 poets will battle it out for a chance to win cash prizes and trophies!
