Running with the Rays 5K

Lace up your running or walking shoes for the Running with the Rays 5K and Family Fun Run, held April 16 at Tropicana Field. This year’s 5K will offer both an in-person and virtual format, allowing Rays fans from all over the chance to run, jog or walk the race. 

The in-person event is on Sunday, April 16 at Tropicana Field. The course will begin at Tropicana Field in Lot 6 and continue through the streets of downtown St. Pete, routing through Al Lang Stadium before finishing on the Tropicana Field turf. 

All finishers will get a commemorative medal, race bib and ticket vouchers to Rays and Tampa Bay Rowdies games. VIP registration includes a race T-shirt.
