The Helly Hansen Sailing World Regatta Series is the national sailing circuit for one-design, dinghy, offshore ORC and PHRF boats featuring a series of races at top sailing destinations in the US, culminating in an overall championship regatta in the British Virgin Islands. The series, organized by Sailing World magazine in 1988, provides competitive racing and a high-energy, fun, and competitive atmosphere with professional race management, diverse fleets, and social events for participants. Each event includes social experiences such as post-racing parties with dinner and live music, speaker series, cocktail contests, and other gatherings, fostering camaraderie and community among boaters.
