The Pinellas County African American History Museum will host Dr. Anthony Dixon and his talk "The African Diaspora Experience in Florida." Dr. Dixon will examine Florida’s relationship with its African descendants, from 1513 to the present day, and illustrate the direct impact they’ve had on the state’s growth.
