Tourism Economic Snapshot Reports

These Tourism Economic Snapshot Reports are compiled with data from the Pinellas County Tax Collector and Smith Travel Research (STR), a respected data and destinations insights company. The reports showcase just a segment of the destination’s overall economic health. However, they provide a helpful look into the performance of local accommodations, such as Average Daily Rate (ADR), Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR), Rooms Sold and Bed Tax, and they include a comparison with competitive destinations.

Reports are typically available two months after the calendar date, in order to allow sufficient time for processing and analysis, and to synch with the Bed Tax data.
