Clearwater Beach Sheraton Resort on Sand Key

The staff was always welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable about the property and area (which in my experience is the result of amazing leadership). Our room was gorgeous and the private beach was fantastic for shelling and relaxing by the ocean. I also loved how conveniently located the hotel was to all the things we wanted to do and that parking was easy and very reasonably priced. I can't say enough good things about our experience staying here.

We have stayed in so many Marriot properties over the years. The level of service at this resort is top Notch. If you are platinum or higher, you are taken care of in every single way. The entire staff is off the charts amazing. I came here with my wife and 2 daughters and it happened to be my wife’s birthday. They sent her a card and a welcome package to help us celebrate. They couldn’t have been better. If you’re looking to visit the Clearwater area, stop looking, stay here. You won’t regret it.

They are awesome!! I had my wedding weekend here and unfortunately it rained, i was so devastated i couldn't stop crying and at first things went bad. They had to move my reception from the beach to inside and people in my group said parking was extremely expensive and the pool closed early. I was so devastated, i tried to smoke on my patio to calm my nerves, unaware of the rules but needed to stop crying, and my neighbors kept complaining. My neices locked us out our room and they had to break down the door. It started so bad. Then the day of the reception i met MATT and he was literally a god send. For the first time i could relax, he helped to move my reception inside and decorated everything, he made it beautiful!! He helped from everything from start to finish, from cutting the cake to cleaning up. He is honestly such a gem. LEILA from group reservation sent us some champagne and sweet treats little gourmet chocolates and macarons to soften my tears! They gave us complimentary drinks and desserts, and no lie the food at their restaurants is actually really good! Especially at rustys! They honestly made everything worth it in the end, i will be back for our anniversary, as long as i can get the same grwnd suite they will see me every year! 😆 the hotel was right on the beach and the views were stunning. My husband, 2 teenage daughters and I stayed at Clearwater Beach Sheraton from 6/21-6/26. It was a great experience. Yes the pool looks small but it isn’t. At any given time we found chairs and enjoyed lounging in the pool. Lots of people prefer heading to the beach, walking over or taking the hotel’s golf cart service. The gentle driver super friendly and provided great customer service. The Hotel breakfast was yummy and the room was cleaned and well kept. Perfect for a family of 4 to get ready and sleep. The rest of the time we were outside enjoying the nice weather.

We enjoyed this beach vacation so much because of the level of service at this resort. The food and drinks were outstanding, and I especially love the daily room cleaning. Yes there is a parking fee however that is to be expected at such a popular vacation destination. The private beach is beautiful and even though they offered to drive us down to the beach we chose to walk barefoot through the sand. Every team member we encountered were professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
