Interesting dive bar, but not in a 'its a chic fun dive bar'. More like 'I may have gotten herpes here'. BUT, as dirty as this place was (I'm joking about above), it was awesome!! Set your expectations and you will love this place like my wife and I did. It is truly a dive bar of what seems to be a couple different buildings cobbled together. Ceilings are so low with dollars and items hanging that as a 6'1 person I had to duck to walk. There is no food, only chips and jerky, and you are served in plastic cups. But the reason you come to a dark dive bar is not to find cleanliness or fine china, it is to have fun, and this place entertains if its empty!! The atmosphere bleeds fun, visual stimulation, and you cannot do anything but enjoy yourself here. Just don't wear nice clothes and consider a decontamination after your visit. Lol. We really did like this place!!

A waitress at Crabby Bills told about this place. Being from Oklahoma, I know a thing or two about a "DIVE BAR". This place DID NOT disappoint. Loved the people, the margaritas and the ambiance. You could look around inside this place and never see the same thing twice. LOVE THIS BAR.

We were visiting family in the area and told we had to see Mahuffer’s, so we did. It was a quiet afternoon so we were able to walk around and take in all the sites while enjoying our warm beer. (Not really, it was nice and cold) They say it survived the hurricane, but did it? Haha! You have to see it at least once.

This is the ultimate dive bar. The beers were cold and people were fun to talk with. It’s an interesting place to explore. Follow the yellow brick road. I took off a star because I didn’t like the curtain instead of a door for the bathroom or the dusty bras hanging over my head.

Best dive bar on the Gulf. Cheap but great drinks. It survived the hurricanes in 2024. All are welcomed with open arms hahaha!
