Tarpon Springs Distillery

The tour and tasting blew me away! Niko was so gracious and knowledgeable. We had an absolute blast! This is such a dope place all around. The cocktails and bottles for sale are incredible. We also purchased some merchandise. We hope to return soon!

Stopped in for a drink and to listen to some live music. Was first here years ago after they first opened. What a great outdoor space they have created! My mojito was perfectly balanced and the orange creamsicle I sampled was so tasty...just like the icecream treat! I'm looking forward to enjoying some more music and craft cocktails in the future!

Visited twice in 3 days. Broad spirits menu. Fun tasting with very unique flavors. The outside bar is a great place for a tasting or to enjoy creative and tasty cocktails. They have a nice outdoor space for live music. Staff is chill, friendly, happy, and helpful. So happy we found them and came back! We would happily return.

5 Stars Tarpon Springs Distillery exceeded our expectations. The distillery tour was outstanding, and Elyas made the experience even better. He was knowledgeable, personable, and did an excellent job explaining the distilling process while keeping the tour engaging and fun from start to finish. The samples were phenomenal and showcased the quality of the spirits produced here. After the tour, we stayed for cocktails, and they were absolutely fantastic. Emily and Evan were both exceptional behind the bar. They were friendly, attentive, and made the entire experience feel welcoming and relaxed. The drinks were expertly crafted and were the perfect way to continue enjoying everything the distillery has to offer. A big thank you to Elyas, Emily, and Evan for making our visit so memorable. Great tour, amazing spirits, outstanding cocktails, and exceptional hospitality. If you’re in Tarpon Springs, this place is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back.

The tour and tasting was great! Nico really knows his stuff. Barry took time to talk to us about his creative process. We learned a lot and got to sample some great spirits. Highly recommend doing this. Make sure you try their cocktails made with their spirits AND their sweet vermouth. Leave time to hang out after the tour. You can easily spend a few hours here.
